"THE GRAND PRIX OF REAL ESTATE AWARDS"--- PRESENTED BY FIABCI-USA THE UNITED STATES CHAPTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF REAL ESTATE     

               

The Grand Prix of Real Estate recognizes American real estate  projects that best embody excellence in the multiple disciplines  involved in their creation.  The award is an affirmation of the FIABCI ideal of providing

society with optimal solutions to its property needs while helping to make a better place to live, work and play.  Individuals from  either the private or public sector enter their real estate  projects in the

competition.  Eligible projects must have been completed within the past five years, operational for at least one year and be financially successful for at least 12 months prior to December 31st 2020.  It represents projects a cut above  the rest.

This will be the first virtual event in the history of FIABCI-USA since the founding of FIABCI in 1951.  It will be on October 23rd 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (EST). https://zoom.us/j/5010001190?pwd+YWY1bEHEaythRjVjSGh2VURQbjg0UT09#success

All entries will be judged on specific criteria by a panel of real estate experts.  Those achieving exemplary status will be recognized in the awards ceremony

Winners at the USA level will  be invited to enter the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence an international competition that will be held in May of 2021 at the 7nd Annual FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Paris, France.

Prior winners have been Grand Central Station (NYC), The Kalahari (Harlem), Millennium Park (Chicago) and Columbia University Manhattan Project (NYC).
