Adulthood bears many responsibilities because you have significant others, including possibly parents and children, who need some attention.

When it comes to taking care of your aging parents, follow the rules that airlines give everyone: put on your breathing mask first before assisting others. Similarly, if you don’t take care of yourself first, you won’t be able to help anyone.  Money Magazine wrote an article on how you can support your parents without sinking your own plans. Do you do so? Share your comments on your experiences and reactions.
