…In a continued effort to promote mental health awareness and suicide awareness: some thoughts and reflection on the mentality of someone who dies by suicide given the recent events involving Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain.
No, it doesn’t make sense in any rational way. That’s why I try and explain it from the perspective who has been there and almost done that.
It is not always an easy subject, but one I have experience with and hope to share with all who will listen.
My swan song is to #StartTheConversation in a positive way among those suffering and #EndTheStigma surrounding mental health in general.
