The title for this episode might seem a little strange. But it’s not wrong. In this episode, I am reminding you (or maybe telling you for the first time) that conflict isn’t always bad.
Generally speaking, when we think about conflict, we’re thinking about clashes and issues and challenges. And this is the type of conflict that I am suggesting that managing is a bad idea.
