In a spiritual healing session, my client commented on needing a flu shot. She said that she could get the flu if she didn’t have the flu shot. She explained her susceptibility regarding the flu. She elaborated that her mother, son, and she were similar in blood work, immune systems, and tendencies. I commented on the programming associated with the situation. If she believed she needed a flu shot and couldn’t access one, for example, that could also lead to having the flu caused by that now belief that can become a program with the subconscious. The beliefs within the subconscious is what is projected out in experience. It is always best to ask God what to do regarding any situation.

God knows what is highest and best for every circumstance. 

I was then shown a scene of a prehistoric lifetime. At that time, my client was a nursing mother. Her current mother was her infant son in that moment. Her present son was her husband then. 

She was standing next to a berry bush that turned out to be poisonous. She ate the berries and got very sick. Her husband didn’t eat as many berries but had enough to feel ill. Her son received the poison through her breastmilk and also became ill. She seemed to be the one affected the most by this scenario. All three in this lifetime shared a particular sensitivity and dynamic that showed up in their blood work.  

We cleared or spiritually healed that lifetime and those circumstances. In doing this work, God has the opportunity to work through me to help remedy the situation in the perfect and right time that encompasses the good for all. 

Lesson  

If the parents asked God first before eating berries, God could have told them eating the berries would not have been for their highest and best.  

Karma  

Now, they suffer a compromised immune system and feel the requirement for a flu shot. Do you need to have a flu shot? Ask God, “Is it for my highest and best good that I have a flu shot?” The answer may vary from person to person and moment to moment, including from year to year. 

In this case, it may be optimal for a flu shot. If God says yes, the answer could also be because there may be karma to be played out. When we follow God’s guidance, trust there’s a reason something must be played out in a certain manner. But, if guidance is questionable, it is always appropriate to ask for further clarity. 

Next Steps

When using spiritual healing to go back to a situation and clear it, it opens up the opportunity to be rebalanced. It could change the need for a flu shot or the belief in needing one. When rebalancing a situation and allowing God to heal a problem, it is put back in his hands. How it is handled, including timing, is according to the will of God. Asking God for guidance on the next steps is key to knowing what to know, do, or clear in the physical.
