There is nothing like Swiss chocolate! After all, the Swiss invented milk and white chocolate.
With December around the corner, I am reflecting back to the time I visited Geneva, Switzerland in 2014 to attend the annual festival,
Escalade, a long traditional celebration of the victory of the city of Geneva over the Savoys. During that time, I had the opportunity to visit
Stettler Chocolates, a boutique laboratory, where I learned how to make Geneva’s famous “chocolate pot” that are made in special honour of Escalade.
