After only just a couple of months online, the website RejectionLetters.net has added even more rejection letter templates. These free sample letters are intended to help anyone struggling to find the words to reject someone or something in their business or personal lives.
"It's hard to politely and firmly turn down an offer or situation of any kind. These letters provide a starting point for writing such a missive," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "Select the sample letter that's most similar to your situation and type into it to change the wording as needed."
The newest additions include financial letters such as: rejecting a bid proposal, discontinuing professional services, rejecting grant funding and rejecting a loan application. Other templates turn down club membership, reject an intern applicant, reject a contest or literary submission, or inform a person that they didn't make a sports team.
RejectionLetters.net also has personal rejections, including for delicate situations such as cutting off contact with a friend or family member, declining a wedding invitation, rejecting a roommate and even rejecting a proposal of marriage.
The sample letters at RejectionLetters.net are no substitute for legal advice, including in the cases of rejecting jobs and rental applicants.
The letter templates download instantly in DOC format and can be edited in Microsoft Word or another compatible program. Or, users can simply cut and paste the text directly from the site.
"Whether you're rejecting a loan request, a business proposal or a personal suggestion, there's likely a sample letter that will work at RejectionLetters.net," Savetz said.
There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
