One of our clients just got promoted to VP in his organization because he was able to meaningfully shift his behavior and perception.
He was seen as a tough-looking and tough-sounding guy with a very sarcastic attitude when he disagreed with others. He said, “Change Masters coaching put less ‘mean’ in my demeanor.”
