"There are now more than 310 time card variations, for all kinds of situations," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator.


PrintableTimeCards.com has cards for anyone who needs to track their time, and the newest batch expands the selection to include reminder signs for the workplace.


The site has daily, weekly, semi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, six-month and yearly time cards. Some of the designs are set up to track multiple rates of pay, while others have room to note extra hours worked.


The specialty cards at PrintableTimeCards.com include large-print time cards, cards that work with traditional time stamp machines, and cards for volunteers and nonprofits. Plus, site users can print mini time cards that have several cards formatted on each sheet.


The new additions include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly time cards on which the fields can be separated by client. Other new cards have room for multiple employees earning triple overtime.


There are also new work logs for community service, or to track volunteer work done in a fraternity or sorority. There are also just-added trackers for intern hours and a sheet for a student driver who must log their hours on the road.


The colorful new reminder signs stand out in an office, factory or other work setting. Some read "Reminder" in bold red letters, along with details on when time cards are due. Another set has a different color for each day of the week.

The time cards can be downloaded in either free PDF and $7 editable DOC (Microsoft Word) format.


"The premium editable version is perfect if you need to adjust the template to add a business name, logo or other details," Savetz explained.
