New business forms, medical charts, and other printables have been added to the websites BusinessFormTemplate.com and FreePrintableMedicalForms.com.
"These new medical forms and business forms include a wide range of printable charts, logs and journals for use in medical offices, schools and home," said Kevin Savetz, the sites' creator.
There are 25 new medical charts and forms, including: a doctor appointment journal for patients and caregivers, a return to school form, billing authorizations, hand-washing instructions and templates regarding whether a patient is contagious.
New medical signs are designed for doctors' offices and hospitals, with notices relating to cell phone use, waiting room noise, personal checks, and "sharps" disposal. Besides the new charts, signs and logs, FreePrintableMedicalForms.com has new wallet cards alerting people to asthma and its symptoms. Also new are sheets of labels for patient waiting rooms and storage areas.
BusinessFormTemplate.com has 26 new business forms, letters, log sheets, trackers and more.
"I've added new business letters and office forms, including an authorization to travel, a request to attend training and shift trade requests," Savetz said. "There are also new real estate forms and landlord documents such as lease renewal letters.
Other new logs and forms for home and office use include: a bill payment reminder, a bill reminder tracker, a change log, a coupon codes tracker, a employee password tracker, an ongoing contracts list, a prospect list, a social media tracker, a website traffic tracker, a debt repayment plan template and a dog training behavior questionnaire.
