A broad selection of chore charts, goal-setting templates and activity trackers have been added to the website ChoreCharts.net.
"Few people like chores, but charts can give people a sense of accomplishment as they check off tasks or steps taken," said Kevin Savetz, who created the site 11 years ago. "The printables at ChoreCharts.net range from illustrated reward charts for kids to simple progress or organizational grids for busy families, businesspeople or roommates. Virtually anyone can make use of the 174 printables at this site."
Each of the 26 new additions has a free PDF version, while an editable DOC (Microsoft Word) version is $5 per item. The charts can be saved and used again and again. For extra durability, some users choose to laminate their charts after printing.
The recent additions include daily lists for checking off tasks by subject and time of day. Families or households with roommates can make use of two-, three-, four-, and five-person chore charts. There are also new monthly and weekly chore charts, plus a star rewards chart.
New daily task lists, ideal for goal-setting, are titled for each month of the year. A new checklist chart combines daily and weekly tasks on one page graphically accented with brackets. There's also a new behavior chart for school or home.
ChoreCharts.net also has school charts and reward charts for a toddler using the potty, a teen practicing a musical instrument or an adult working on fitness goals. Motivational chore bucks are available to be used as currency in a classroom or at home. Also fun are chore wheels that determine the next task at random.
