Stay-at-Home Schedule for Families

Dozens of new chore charts and related printables have been added to the website ChoreCharts.net, including one especially designed for keeping track of children's activities while stuck at home.

"There's a free version of every chore chart, and the Stuck-At-Home Schedule is free in both PDF and editable DOC format," said Kevin Savetz, who created the site in 2008. "The colorful Stuck-At-Home Schedule is designed to help families establish an educational and diverse daily routine during shelter-in-place and quarantine situations."

Besides basic, colorful charts on which to track achievements and give kids a sense of accomplishment, ChoreCharts.net has charts for grown-ups, goal trackers, cleaning charts, weekly and monthly task trackers, and much more.

There are now nearly 200 printables at the site, counting the 25 new additions.

There are new checkbox-style charts with border designs such as: argyle, butterflies, birds, chevrons, blocks, flamingos, flowers, owls, polka dots, puppies, rainbows, sailboats, stars, stripes, sunflowers and seasonal graphics.

Other reward charts at the site are ideal for large families or roommates.

ChoreCharts.net has behavior charts for school or home settings, plus charts for other purposes. Other charts help kids track using the potty, practicing a musical instrument, dancing and more. There are also motivational chore bucks as well as chore wheels to randomly determine the next task to tackle.

Other sites in the FreePrintable.net family include PrintableToDoList.com, which has to do lists, and PrintablePlanners.net, which has hundreds of planners.

The chore charts are each free to download and print in PDF format. Customizable DOC versions of the charts, which can be typed into using Microsoft Word before printing, are $5 each, but the new Stuck-at-Home Schedule is free in both instances.

"ChoreCharts.net has printables for almost every situation," Savetz said. "For extra durability, I suggest laminating printed charts for repeated use."

There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
