Press Release from the Institute of Management Consultants, DFW Chapter - Event February 9, 2018
Culture May Eat Strategy, but Workshop Brings Insight Plus Breakfast
Dallas, TX – There's no greater challenge than helping clients change culture. Dale Hintz of Excellent Cultures leads a round table discussion on 'process thinking' and 'scientific measurement' for the challenges and opportunities of culture.
Come share your insights on solutions to the quandaries of culture on Friday, February 9, at The Consultant's Workshop, 7:30 A.M. at the Telos Club in Dallas. Participants can expect a lively peer discussion on how to address / surmount / leverage culture, a reliable leading indicator of engagement and financial performance.
Dale Hintz helps clients investigate options and map clear paths to "next level" performance, using precise tools to coach clients on specific actions to make them more constructive leaders. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) with an MBA from Marquette University, he chaired the 2017 Consultant's Forum which awarded the Dr. Richard F. Tozer Innovation & Entrepreneurship Leadership Award to Jerry White of the Caruth Institute.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas. The Consultant's Workshop meets monthly to help consultants grow their practice. Guests can register to attend the event at http://bit.ly/2DSWi7y, and learn more about IMC at http://bit.ly/2mzvtfR.
