Dallas, TX – Considering a career as a management consultant?

Skilled in business, with the desire and goal to launch a consulting practice? The Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) offers a one-day workshop, Quick Start, to serve the DFW business community. The 2019 Quick Start meets Saturday, April 6, at 12221 Merit Drive, Suite 250 in Dallas.

Scheduled once a year since 2013, Quick Start has challenged a range of participants to examine if their experience and motivation match the rewards and demands of the consulting life. Each year, Quick Start draws recent graduates, mid-career professionals and seasoned retirees, some longing for years to initiate a consulting practice, others newly considering the idea.

Successful, experienced management consultants specializing in a variety of industries lead this one-day session. Key topics: consulting as a business, winning and managing engagements, handling consulting business operations. IMC DFW consulting leaders volunteer time and expertise to help those discerning management consulting get the right start.
