The Consultant's Workshop convenes at the Telos Club in Dallas, Friday, April 12, 7:30 A.M. In this interactive workshop, management consultants with a variety of industry experience invite clarifying questions and offer real world answers.
Pete Sorenson, CMC®, consultant, coach, author and keynote speaker, leads the discussion. His fertile ideas and fresh stories will propel participants to perceive return on investment from the client side.
Sorenson leads Strategic Organization Design, a firm helping clients see the Big Picture, make sense of messes, and resolve complex issues.
Workshop participants will also meet serial innovator Phillip Andrews, named to receive the Dr. Richard F. Tozer Innovation & Entrepreneurship Leadership Award from the Institute of Management Consultants Monday, May 20, at a dinner at the Wyndham Park Central. The award is named for Richard (Dick) Tozer, a longtime Dallas management consultant who taught at Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Dallas.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states.
