Russell Hayer

Fors Marsh Group, a market research company, brings on Russell Hayer as executive creative director. Hayer comes to FMG from Ogilvy, where he served as group creative director and head of design. He was previously creative lead at companies including MTV, VH1 and Comedy Central. Hayer is also one of the founders of women’s healh tech brand Elvie. At FMG, he is charged with leading and expanding the company’s creative capabilities, championing the FMG brand, spearheading its creative output, and serving as an ambassador to senior-level prospects and clients.

Issi Saumtally

Brunswick Group hires Issi Saumtally as partner and chief data officer. Saumtally was most recently chief data officer of the UK government’s Cabinet Office, with responsibility for establishing the department’s new data practice and defining its data strategy. Before that, he was interim head of data strategy and solution at Three, head of architecture at RSA and an enterprise data architect at HSBC. In his new post, Saumtally will lead Brunswick’s data and analytics capabilities. “Issi brings a wealth of experience in implementing data and analytics strategies across global organizations. I am delighted that we have created this new role and that Issi is joining the firm,” said Brunswick Group CEO Neal Wolin.

Mia Lange

The St. Kitts Tourism Authority names Mia Lange chief marketing officer. Lange most recently served as executive director of global communications for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism. In her new position, she will direct the strategic implementation of St. Kitts’ global marketing and branding efforts and its international agencies’ activities. Lange will also lead the local public relations and marketing team. Nick Menon, chairman of SKTA’s board of directors, said that Lange “has proven success in launching key advertising and branding strategies that in turn have increased tourism and tangible economic development.”
