FINN Partners appoints Chad Belisario as VP for its US travel practice. Belisario was previously VP, consumer and emerging technology at 5W Public Relations. He has also served as VP, travel and lifestyle at Evins Communications;AVP at Parasol Marketing; and corporate director of brand communications at Millennium Hotels and Resorts. At FINN, Belisario is also co-lead for the agency’s West Coast luxury travel team. He heads the account team for Habacoa, a superyacht marina in the Bahamas. and works with such clients as Hapuna Estates at Mauna Kea on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii, and Montage Hotels and Resorts in Big Sky, Montana; Park City, Utah; and Bluffton, South Carolina. “Even with his experience, Chad continues to sharpen his expertise on burgeoning areas of the travel industry, and he is always up for new challenges,” said FINN Partners managing partner Jennifer Hawkins.

Popeyes recruits PepsiCo VP, international beverages marketing Bart LaCount to serve as as chief marketing officer for the U.S. and Canada. LaCount succeeds Jeff Klein, who was promoted to president of the company in March. In over 18 years at PepsiCo, LaCount held a wide range of executive positions, including VP, consumer insights at PepsoCo Foods North America and head of Frito-Lay’s eCommerce unit. In his new post, LaCount will lead all marketing efforts focused on growing traffic and accelerating sales growth. “Bart brings an incredibly well-rounded marketing background to this role as we look to deepen brand relevance in communities where we are loved and expand relevance where Popeyes should be better known,” said Klein.

Armstrong most recently served as CMO and VP of global marketing at Resideo Technologies. She has also served as VP of marketing and strategy at Pentair and director of marketing and strategy at Honeywell. As SVP & CMO, Armstrong will be responsible for marketing, customer experience and branding initiatives across the company. "Lisa is a proven executive, exceptional leader, and strong addition to our senior leadership team. She has a track record of driving growth, delivering innovative customer experiences, and building brands," said GIC interim CEO and executive chairman of the board Richard Leeds.

Danone North America promotes Gemma Hart to SVP, corporate affairs, a newly created position that brings together the company’s communications and public affairs teams. Hart has been with the company since 2019, previously serving as VP, communications. Before that, she served as VP communications at Anheuser-Busch and was a partner at Brunswick Group. As leader of Danone’s U.S. corporate affairs function, Hart will work to ensure Danone’s advocacy efforts are a central component of its growth strategy, engage internal and external stakeholders and drive stronger reputation outcomes.
