Nonprofit teams Gym & Childcare into a sanctuary for learning and health

Wonder if attention, motivation, behavior and student attendance can be rigged- you might watch children running to the bus to attend their academic program over at The Legends Gym in Canoga Park.

Nestled along the Desoto/Osborne intersection (below Nordoff) in the San Fernando Valley, this new program has openings for another classroom of kids.  In District 3 for the City and District 3 for the County, it is putting the final touches on this new Kids First of So Cal program reaching out for children K-5 scholarships that will make children not only school ready, but raring to go.

With students experiencing singing, physical training, reading and math development, STEM programming and more, they are learning to make learning their dojo and the world their data collecting oyster.  The goal: academic and social success as well as well being, ability to focus, ability to do their homework and the ability to love school, enjoy collaborating and learning about self-mastery.
