Daniela Mancinelli has been promoted to chief executive officer of North 6th Agency, effective January 2021. Mancinelli has been with the agency since 2015, and has served as chief operating officer since 2018.

She succeeds N6A founder Matt Rizzetta, who has been CEO since the firm launched in 2010, and will work alongside him to transition into her new role.

Rizzetta will remain with the agency as executive chairman, supporting N6A on strategic opportunities and M&A. He will also focus on investments and community initiatives through North Sixth Group, a family office holding company which owns a controlling interest in N6A.

Under Mancinelli’s leadership as COO, N6A says it has experienced average annual revenue growth of more than 25 percent. “Daniela has been an exemplary leader and mentor for so many people through the years,” said Rizzetta. “Her vision, integrity and commitment are on display for our employees and clients every day.”

John Hannaway, who joined the firm in 2015 and most recently served as chief of staff, will take over for Mancinelli in the COO position.
