Here’s your success challenge for the week:
Assure that each topic in the meetings you lead or attend have answered these three questions before moving on to the next topic:
- Who?
- What?
- By when?
If the meeting leader misses any of these, politely request clarification. If you’re the meeting leader, remind your note taker to assure these three questions are answered. This really works! For more this, check out Friday’s podcast.
