This month we have been talking about boundaries. A great way to think about setting boundaries is to see it as defining your own behavior, not someone else’s.

So, this week’s motivator is to challenge you to take responsibility and define what YOU will do in a certain situation, rather than complain about what someone else has done to you.

When you set boundaries, don’t tell someone else what they can or should do, tell them what you are going to do or not do.
