It is easy to become frustrated when a project is not going “swimmingly.”
Here is a great quote that gives us a strategy worth considering:
“To conquer frustration, one must remain intensely focused on the outcome, not the obstacles.." – T.F. Hodge
Simple, but insightful. When we keep our focus oon the end game, it can power us through the obstacles.
So here is your challenge for the week: if/when you find yourself frustrated about a task or project, ask yourself, “Am I focused on the result, the outcome?” If not, readjust. It’ll get you back on track.
