Tysons Corner, VA -- MicroTech is excited to announce that it has recently hired Joseph W. Uglialoro as their Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. In addition to his legal duties, Mr. Uglialoro will be responsible for the oversight of the Corporate Headquarters Operations, leading the Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources, Recruiting, Marketing, Security, Quality Assurance, Training, and Office Management departments. Mr. Uglialoro brings a wealth of legal, government and senior level management experience to the Company. Prior to joining MicroTech, Joe was General Counsel of a government contracting firm in the satellite services industry, and prior to that spent a decade working for a leading government IT integrator. Mr. Uglialoro is an active member of the government contracting community, including serving on the board of the Bethesda Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. Joe received a Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.
