MicroTech is proudly celebrating its fifteenth anniversary of being in business. Founded by Anthony “Tony” Jimenez in March of 2004, MicroTech underwent a meteoric rise to become one of the premier Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) in the Nation, and continues to deliver innovative technology to its Federal, State and Local Government and commercial clients and customers.

Mr. Jimenez started MicroTech with two other partners after completing a 24-year career in the U.S. Army. In early 2015 Tony bought out his partners and became the sole owner of MicroTech in order to fully implement his lofty vision for the company. Under his leadership, MicroTech has experienced exponential growth and is repeatedly recognized as a small business success story.

MicroTech plans to make its fifteenth anniversary a yearlong celebration by hosting various events for its team members, clients, and customers. “I’m often asked why MicroTech has been so successful over the past 15 years and my answer is simple,” says Tony Jimenez, Founder, President and CEO of MicroTech. “We have great clients and customers who make our world a better place and we have talented, hardworking and dedicated employees who go the extra mile every single day,” adds Jimenez. “For 15 years, we have served the Government and Commercial communities and have enjoyed every minute of it and are looking forward the next 15 years.”

Over the last 18 months, MicroTech has won nearly $100 billion dollars of new multiple-award type contracts, including the $50 billion, 15-year, GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract, which has a $75 million guarantee, the $5 billion Veterans Technology Services 2 Government-wide Acquisition (VETS 2 GWAC) contract, the $192 million U.S. Army Rapid Acquisition for Materials and Prototyping (RAMP) contract and the $37 billion Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract with the United States Army.
