Merkle, “a leading technology-enabled, data-driven customer experience management (CXM) company,” announced the appointment of Erin Hutchinson to Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. In this role, Hutchinson, in photo, will focus on driving growth for dentsu’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) service line through the alignment of regional marketing and communications teams.
A 19-year Merkle veteran, Hutchinson has held various marketing leadership roles within the organization, most recently CMO of Merkle Americas. She has led the coordination and integration of more than 20 acquisitions over the years, expanding the corporate marketing department and spearheading the development of marketing best practices worldwide.

Flack’s recent work experience includes CEO at IndySoft, where he continues as Strategic Advisor and Customer Advocate for key clients. Before IndySoft, he served five years at Transcat in VP roles including Sales and Operations, and Tektronix Service Solutions as Director of Sales for the Americas. Prior to that, he was at Davis Calibration 11 years in senior roles that include Vice President of Business Development. Rob earned his Executive MBA from Loyola’s Sellinger School of Business.
