Keynoting and performing comedy at thousands of meetings has given keynote speaker Jan McInnis some valuable insight into planning a successful meeting. McInnis has been on stages across the U.S. from small groups of ten people to large groups of five thousand attendees.

"There are a few key factors that really make or break a great event, and no, it's not just the food or the decorations. I've lived through thousands of good and bad conference set ups, and I've got some tips," McInnis joked.

Pushing in a chocolate fondue fountain or having her perform "in the round" while she spins and tells jokes, are things you might think you wouldn't obviously do. But they have happened to her.
