Look at the association's educational offerings. Set up Google alerts so that you're notified when news reports and blog posts include keywords you define.

Begin relationships through conversations that address topics your clients want to discuss. You will increase your chance of getting to the topics they need to discuss if you meet them where they are.

As you understand your clients, you set the stage for your business to live long and prosper!
