The company is releasing ''The Mangoman Free 5-Day Video Course on Insulin Resistance'' on World Diabetes Day on November 14, 2013. The 5-day course explains what causes insulin resistance and provides simple and practical tips on how to integrate both nutrition and exercise into a busy lifestyle in order to regain insulin sensitivity.
The video-based course covers the following topics:
- How glucose and insulin interact in the human body
- The primary causes of insulin resistance
- The importance of high quality muscle tissue in controlling blood sugar

Dr. Cyrus Khambatta was diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic at the age of 22, and earned a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from UC Berkeley in 2012. His research focuses on the biology of pancreatic beta cell dysfunction and failure in response to insulin resistance and diabetes.
The course will be released at 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time on November 14, 2013.
