Lisa states, "The joy of pretty? It's not all about pretty. Joy is different than pretty. Pretty is desirable, appealing. Do I want to be on TV? It's not being on TV that appeals to me so much as spreading my message that there are many women out there who are very powerful and are working in their own way for a cause towards creating change in the world usually one persona at a time. I can help them get the right message in front of the right people with the right service that sells so they don't' feel salesy. "

 

Lisa goes onto to say, "I have been an entrepreneur from as far back as I can remember.  I used to sell my home-made creations in a hobby store when I was 7- before that, I'd sell my "goods" to friends.  However, I've realized that this new pattern of people working remotely (even in corporate) started because people want more flexibility and freedom (myself included).  They know their work style and can be more productive. Companies see this- I even got the State of California to offer me a BIG position and compromised by allowing me to work remotely (I turned the position down because I wanted to pursue what I'm doing now).  

 

Lisa continues to state, "Now there are more entrepreneurs than ever before with an online presence.  I have discovered as I work with my clients and referral partners that women are becoming coaches (I think it was Forbes or some big magazine that said it's the "new mid-life crisis") because they've learned something in their life that has cause them to live more intentional so they can create the life they want and now want to teach others.   

 

Lisa reminds herself that, "I think THIS is the new business model.  It's no longer so much tied to academics, scientific data, etc. rather it's experiential learning on both the coach and the person being coached.  I believe this will benefit humanity as we are learning to understand we have unlimited possibilities, we can live in joy and this is what will create more love and peace in the world."
