Leadership starts with Change… And Change starts with Leadership…
Helps to set the tone of importance and the dependence of both.

Then incorporate the Steps of change:
Denial to the problem. Establishing the desire for change.
Establishing the Enemy. Finding urgency. The significant emotional experience.
Acceptance.
Make certain the team has the tools to facilitate change and barriers are eliminated.
Sustain
Follow up and Plan-Do-Check-Act. Make certain the team knows they are appreciated and are part of the solution.
