future of leadershipFor many people, work is changing. When, where, how, and with whom we do it are all up for grabs. If the future of work is changing, that means the future of leadership is changing too. If you want to be successful, that is. Before you can be a successful leader in the future of work, you must realize the need to adjust and know where to make your adjustments.

If you lead a fully remote team or some variation of a hybrid team, you might have a sense of the challenges, even if you don’t know what you are going to change. But even if you work shoulder-to-shoulder or down the hall from your team, the need for you to shift your leadership priorities is just as real (but less obvious). The pressing question for all leaders interested in thriving should be:

As the nature of work changes, what do I need to do to succeed in the future of leadership?

Because of my work with clients around the world, and wrestling with this question personally, I am ready to share some practical ideas with you. And the cool thing is, I have the chance to help you learn about the future of leadership in a brand-new way.

A New Partnership with LinkedIn

I’ve been selected by LinkedIn Learning to be part of a small, select pilot group of instructors to use the LinkedIn Live platform as an intentional learning platform. I will be leading a live, ticketed (for a nominal fee) event on LinkedIn live Wednesday, December 1, from 1:00-2:30 pm ET, titled Leadership in the Future of Work. This isn’t just another webinar. And it isn’t another LinkedIn Live where you passively listen to a speaker. This will be a new way to learn, as we explore what is new and what is becoming more important in the future of leadership.

Want to be on the leading edge of leadership thought and behavior? Want to equip yourself for the future of work? Interested in being part of a pilot of a new way to learn? Then I hope you will join me for this impactful and inspirational 90 minutes. We will learn together while you take away practical next steps for building and using a new toolkit for the future of leadership and your future success.

All the details and access to registration can be found here. I look forward to sharing a view of the future with you, and helping you succeed in a changing world of work.
