LMO, a full-service marketing and communications agency, adds Karen Laughlin as chief executive officer.
Laughlin comes to LMO, states a release, with marketing and advertising experience on both the client and agency sides of the business. With digital marketing expertise and a heavy market research background, she has a proven track record of delivering on KPIs, growing programs and turning data points into actionable strategies.
Laughlin returns to LMO full-time after a brief hiatus. During her time with LMO from 2004 to 2016, she produced comprehensive digital advertising programs, marketing strategies and creative campaigns for clients such as Avis Budget Group, Army National Guard, WMATA/Metro and Chevy Chase Bank.
“I’m excited to begin a new chapter at LMO with even more innovative projects and client success,” says Laughlin. “As CEO, I’m dedicating my time to expanding the agency’s offerings and talent, which will benefit our current and future clients. My goal is to help our clients and employees continue to thrive.”
With Laughlin rejoining the agency, LMO now qualifies for Women-Owned Small Business federal contracts.
