For more than a century, Iran's Arab clerics have furtively trained the most effective terrorist assemblages under the Shah's nose. They relentlessly worked and succeeded inoverthrow the secular government of the Pahlavi Dynasty in favor of the seventh-century Arab Islamic caliphate in Iran and confront the world.

As far back as the early twentieth-century, the notorious Alavi Schools were discreetly in operation in Iran. In addition to the three Shi'a seminaries in Iran and Iraq, the most active Shiite radical training base is the Alavi School in Tehran. The Tehran school is located in a relatively quiet side street behind the Iranian Parliament "Majlis." The three seminaries Qom, Iran, Karbala and Najaf, Iraq,"The Triangle of Terror" trains mostly the Arab children of the Shiite ayatollahs and mullahs who would graduate as Islamic teachers such as Akhund, mullah, Hojatoleslam, and ayatollahs. However, the Alavi Schools enrolled young people who show potential mark of leadership and are devoted and supportive of the Arab Shiite causes, especially those with an honorific title of 'seyyed,' or 'Mr.' implying alleged "Descendants of Prophet Mohammad's household" for example Seyyed Abdolhussein Banisadr, the first Iran's Islamic Republic President. It has been alleged that some of the high-power revolutionary elites such as the first president, Seyyed Abdolhussein Banisadr, born 1933, second president Mohammad-Ali Rejaee, born June 1933-died August 30, 1981, Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Husseini Beheshti, born October 1928 died 28 June 1981, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, 1934-2017, were at one time or another allegedly connected to the Alavi Schools.

Absent any central authority to oversee school's curriculum, the Alavi School became a deep-seated Shiite training hub for the sole purpose of the overthrow of the secular government the Pahlavi Dynasty in favor of the seventh-century Arab Islamic caliphate in Iran and establish caliphate in the world.

School's day-to-day activities were strict, rigorous, and political. The radical non-religious institute was decisively inflexible in regard to its confidentiality. No one was allowed to visit or inspect the well-guarded school premises, not even the powerful members of the royal family, especially the royal family.            

Former Deputy Minister of Education and Human Resource, Hassan Rahnavardi, says, "Part of my responsibility was to inspect schools, I decided to pay a visit to the Alavi School sometime in 1974. I was stopped at the gate and was told this School is exempt from any government inspections. I called the Minister himself and Sure enough, it was confirmed that Alavi Schools are exempt. The Minister did not say why, only that the School is off-limit. I was bemused; and when I was told to remove Alavi Schools from my inspection list, I realized the magnitude, the influence of the Shi'a ulamas behind the Alavi Schools." Rahnavardi continues, "It has now become clear that the primary object of the school was the overthrow of the government of the Shah, and the preparation for the Islamic control of the nation." "This is a powerful testimonial to the influence and deceptive tactics of Iran's Arab Shiite clerics,"¹

UNITED STATES: THE FAÇADE AND FELONIOUS, THE ALAVI FOUNDATION

In 1973, the Shah of Iran bought a thirty-six-story building at 650 Fifth Avenue in New York City, known as the Piaget Building, and obtained a forty-two-million-dollar loan from Iran's Bank Melli. The Shah set up an account and earnestly made payments out of Pahlavi's foundation account.   The building was then turned it into "The Pahlavi Foundation Building" to advance Iran's charitable interests in the United States. This was when the Islamic Revolution was only a secret underground conspiracy by Shiite {Alavi School] institutions.

In 1979 the Islamic Revolution took control of the Shah's properties, including the assets of the Pahlavi Foundation, and named it "The Alavi Foundation" in line with the Alavi Schools tradition in Iran. The Alavi Foundation set up a bogus corporation called 'Assa,' a front for the government of the Islamic Republic, and took up Suite 2406.

Washington, DC—The US Department of the Treasury today designated Assa Corporation² a front company created and controlled by Iran's Bank Melli and domiciled in New York, and its parent organization, Assa Co. Ltd., located in the Channel Islands.

"This scheme to use a front company set up by Bank Melli, known proliferators 'to funnel money from the United States to Iran is yet another example of Iran's duplicity,the dangerous mix of proliferation and deception has led the United States, the European Union and Australia to designate Bank Melli, and the United Nations to issue a call for vigilance with respect to all Iranian banks," said Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, Stuart Levey.

Bank Melli created Assa Corp. as a vehicle to hold Bank Milli's interest in a building located at 650 Fifth Avenue, New York, whose construction had been financed, in part, by a Bank Melli loan. Assa Corp. co-owns the building through a partnership formed with the Alavi Foundation of New York, called 650 Fifth Avenue Company. 

Further, Bank Melli provides banking services to Iran's military vanguard, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) and the Quds Force, which is a branch of the IRGC that has been designated under Executive Order 13224 to provide support to terrorism groups, including the Taliban, Hezbollah, Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command. According to the US law, it is unlawful for a person or an entity in the Unites States to knowingly provide "material support or resources" to a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization FTO. (The term "material support or resources" is defined in 18 USC. 2339A (B) (1) as "any property, tangible or intangible, or service, including currency or monetary instrument or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safe houses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substance, explosives, personnel one or more individuals who maybe or include oneself). The term 'training' means instruction on teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge."

The Alavi Foundation is a private, American 501 © (3) not-for-profit organization incorporated in the State of New York that has provided more than $50 million in funding for charitable activities in the United States since our founding in 1973.      

Correction: The Pahlavi Foundation was established by the sovereign government of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi in 1973 as a true charitable organization; the Islamic Republic seized the Shah's property and all its assets in the 1979 'Arab coup' and turned it into the Alavi Foundation in keeping in step with the Iran's notorious radical Alavi School's tradition of conspiring against the United States and undermining its national security.

…Throughout our history, we have been committed to funding cultural programs, universities, schools, free clinics and college scholarships. Our charitable activities promote the study of Persian culture, language, art, literature, and civilization.

Correction: True…the foundation was at one time, a cultural exchange and charitable basis, however, that was before the 1979 Arab Shiite takeover and confiscation of Iran's assets. Since then, the foundation has financed the Revolutionary Guard Corps, Quds Forces, intelligence agents in the US involved in subversive activities against the interest and the security of the so called the "Great Satan," the American people. 

… We have long supported programs in interfaith studies. 

Correction: The Islamic Republic has zero tolerance for the religious minorities such as Christians, Jews, Baha'is, Zoroastrians and evenSunni Muslims. In fact, the Islamic Republic persecutes religious minorities and, in many cases, has put some to death. Historically, 'Jazya'is a per capita yearly tax levied on non-Muslim subjects, called the 'dhimma,' permanently residing in Muslim lands governed by Islamic law.

… We stand for democracy, freedom of expression, religious co-existence and pluralism, and equal rights for all.

Correction: False…false…false. The Shi'a leaders have repeatedly declared 'Islam is in conflict with democracy' and Koranic pronouncements reflect that decree. In his daily sermons, Imam Khomeini emphasizes the fact that "Islam does not recognize nor needs democracy. Those who seek Democracy, to corrupt our Islamic values, shall have a faith worse than the Jews of the 'Banu Qurayza' tribe³. They should be suppressed and executed." – Khomeini's speech at 'the assembly of Experts,' August 19, 1979, Qum, Iran.

…The Foundation and the communities we serve are proud of the fact that our funding is primarily from our sixty percent ownership of the building we constructed in the 1970s at 650 Fifth Avenue in the heart of New York City. We are resisting in court the government's effort to seize our share of the building because we have no affiliation with any government, let alone the government of Iran, and we have never knowingly provided unlawful services to Iran or any agency of Iran. We have done our best to operate in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, the jurisdictions in which we operate.

Correction: False and deceptive statement… Alavi Foundation gave financial support to the mullah's agents in the United States bribing American universities to allow teaching the seventh-century oppressive Shari'a Law, drench the American media with a mountain of lies to silence the voice of the dissidents. The foundation supports "terrorists' organizations only."

…Our work has always been entirely charitable and not for the benefit of Iran or any other government.  Our goals are to support the education of young people, to prevent radicalization and violent extremism, and to enhance the appreciation of Persian culture, including Islamic studies, here in our country.

Correction: Shiite clerics work hard to tarnish the history of Persia and replace it with seventh-century Arab tradition. And "education of young people in the US" means indoctrination of the American children into radical Shiite training camps.The Iranian ShiiteIslamic regime has jailed, tortured, and executed Iranians for simply celebrating their King Cyrus Day. 

…The United States is a nation of immigrants. Hundreds of not-for-profit organizations in the United States promote the culture and language of foreign countries from which the Americans they serve (and their ancestors') emigrated. That does not make them agencies of the governments of those countries. As Iranian-Americans, we are proud of the history, tradition, and cultural values that we promote through our extensive charitable activities. We are Americans, and we categorically reject all violence and terrorism, state–sponsored or otherwise. We have no doubt that our efforts to promote Persian history, culture, and religion, which benefit many Americans, not merely Iranian-Americans who are assimilated into this great nation, counter-actively help strengthen the fabric of our society. Indeed, this is our ultimate goal.

Correction: You are not Iranian much less Iranian-American. You are ungrateful dishonest Arabs "Living in Iran but Never of Iran." You do not represent Iran or Iranian culture. Iranians naively took you in, sheltered you, revered you as holy men, instead you destroyed and turned Iran into another deplorable Arab Islamic states. You exploited the nation, fomented hatred for Jews, Christians and funded numerous terrorist organizations, depleted her resources, sold much-needed drinking water and top soils to Arab nations. NO…, You cannot do to America, what you are doing to Iran.

As one can plainly see, their pronouncements are full of deception and lies.

Few Iranian-Americans are aware that the Alavi Foundation in the United States is an extension of the deep-seated radical Alavi Schools in Iran. If the Shiite mullahs gain footing in the United States, it may be the gravest of issues. It is clear that the Arabs in control of today's Iran are sworn adversaries of the United States. If they have an opportunity, they will abolish the American way of life, they will strip the American children of their basic freedoms, their heritage, their sovereignty, their academic education, their birth right celebrations; in short, they will replace everything that their forefathers worked for and wished for them with a seventh-century tribal practice of backwardness, ignorance, deception, gloom, tyranny, and enslavement. This is what they have already done to a sovereign nation that, today, they call and represent as their Iran.

With ample revenue from oil proceeds, the government of Arab mullahs has assassinated countless Iranian dissidents throughout the world, while the world, particularly the Europeans, hardly noticed.

The United States was a country where the dissidents felt fairly safe and the government of the mullah's' chances of assassinating a dissident or spying against the United States were slim, that situation with the administration of President Barack Obama changed drastically.

Now… "The caravan of weeds," 'the Deadliest Terrorist Groups in the World Today,' has already arrived in the United States. Not only is the safety of Iranian-American dissidents at risk, but also the safety of American lawmakers, high-ranking officials opposing Iran's terrorist government, the national security, even possibly the security of the President of the United States.

Thousands of the much-dreaded Quds Forces, the Hezbollah trained military intelligence hit-squad, and various trained agents are all now legally citizens of the United States and Canada. They are given power to shadow, harass, disrupt, and silence opponents of the regime of the Arab in Iran. Almost all Iranian-Americans who desperately escaped the hanging gallows of the Arab butchers, and migrated into the United States and Europe, have fled their homes with only their clothes on their back.

THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF THE ALAVI FOUNDATION ASSETS MUST BE AWARDED TO THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS, AND SOLELY TO THE PAHLAVI FAMILY. THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE HAVE MORE THAN A FIDUCIARY OBLIGATION TO AWARD THE ALAVI FOUNDATION TO SHAHBANU FARAH DIBA PAHLAVI, AND HER ROYAL FAMILY, SINCE IT WAS THEIR FROM THE BEGINNINGB.   THE FOUNDATION DOESN'T BELONG TO IRAN'S ARAB TERRORISTS, NOR DOES IT BELONG TO ANY CONCERN IN THE UNITED STATES.
