The Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA, www.imcusa.org) announces that its foundational webinar series, Mastering Management Consulting, is currently available online. The program is designed for entry-level consultants, as well as for experienced consultants who are moving from a firm to independent consulting practice or re-positioning an existing practice. The Mastering Management Consulting program covers the essential skills and foundational knowledge a Management Consultants must have to add maximum value for their clients. According to IMC USA VP of Professional Learning, Loraine Huchler, Fellow of IMC USA, "We have a variety of consultants in the program this year, including new management consultants transitioning from corporations, consultants going on their own after years with a firm, and existing management consultants who just want to refresh their skills or recast their practice in a new direction. The interaction between attendees and the instructor is dynamic and fast-paced, providing added value to live attendees and to those who purchase and download the webinars on-demand."
