Second Helping: Culture Eats Strategy, and Drives Performance
Dallas, TX – Add your take to case studies in which peers leverage culture to increase engagement and improve financial performance. Dale Hintz, CMC®, of Excellent Cultures leads a continuing round table discussion on the challenge of helping clients change culture. Enjoy nutritious conversation plus breakfast.
Participants can expect a lively peer discussion on how culture drives performance and customer experience on Friday, March 9, at The Consultant's Workshop, 7:30 A.M. at the Telos Club in Dallas.
Dale Hintz helps clients investigate options and map clear paths to "next level" performance, using precise tools to coach clients on specific actions to make them more constructive leaders. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) with an MBA from Marquette University, he chaired the 2017 Consultant's Forum which awarded the Dr. Richard F. Tozer Innovation & Entrepreneurship Leadership Award to Jerry White of the Caruth Institute.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states.
