Dallas, TX – When you share the burden, both of you will walk a little straighter.

Management consultants may need to tap a variety of professional service providers to support their engagements. A story: Neither Mr. Coyote nor Brer Badger has all the tools needed to survive. Their allegory illustrates the benefits (and pitfalls) of bringing outside skill and talent aboard to meet specific client needs.

The Consultant's Workshop convenes at the Telos Club in Dallas, Friday, June 14, 7:30 A.M. In this interactive round table, management consultants with a variety of industry experience candidly discuss how to develop strong, positive relationships with professionals who offer a complementary skill set. Attendees will learn how to widen their own capacity to serve more client requirements and avoid surprises or entanglement issues with alliance partners or clients.

Seasoned marketing gurus Dr. Michael Egan, CMC® and Mr. Richard Morgan, FIMC, CMC® lead a candid discussion. Dr. Egan is with the Dallas Marketing Group. Mr. Morgan heads Morgan Marketing Solutions.

The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states.
