Press Release from the Institute of Management Consultants, DFW Chapter – Event Sept. 14, 2018
Words matter! Let your prospect's perspective guide your proactive proposal
Dallas, TX – Effective messaging focuses on "What's in it for me?" from the client's viewpoint.
Prospects feel vulnerable when considering outside consultant assistance. Proposalsaligned with prospects' perspectives reduce perceived risks in hiring management consultants.
Consultants at this round table will explore how active, collaborative language strengthens proposals which build relationships, client authority and joint accountability. The Consultant's Workshop convenes at the Telos Club in Dallas, Friday, September 14, 7:30 A.M. David Wuensch, a sales and marketing executive, leads the discussion. Prior to founding Epoch Sales Management, David served as strategic thinker and problem solver in the telecom industry.
Consultants at recent round tables considered networking, referrals, testimonials, technology and storytelling as tools to help acquire and serve clients, all in a safe space to share and get feedback. In this interactive workshop, management consultants with a variety of industry experience share the proposal strategies that help win new and recurring clients and support successful project outcomes.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states. TheConsultant's Workshop meets monthly to help consultants grow their practice.
