The Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA, www.imcusa.org) announces that its 2017 annual international consulting conference, "Add Value for Clients to Build Your Practice" (www.imcusaconference.org), takes place on October 20-22, 2017, at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
The 2017 IMC USA Consulting Conference opens with Hall of Fame award-winning speaker Patricia Fripp and includes a workshop, thirteen breakout and general sessions, networking with other consultants, and exhibits of various tools and methodologies to help consultants. According to Conference Chair Henry DeVries, "This year's conference focuses on the important practice of adding value for clients – the key to growing your consulting practice. All of the content in our conference and the opportunities to network with other successful consultants are designed to help consultants increase professional learning, improve productivity and help consultants grow their practice."
Breakout sessions for the 2017 conference are organized in three tracks designed to help consultants learn how to better Communicate and Relate to Clients, Sell and Market their Consulting Practice, and Manage the Business of Consulting. Prior to the conference, IMC USA will offer an optional four-hour workshop called "Accelerating Your Growth from Top Line to Bottom Line." The international annual IMC USA conference is attended by individual consultants, consultants from small to mid-size firms, internal consultants, executive coaches and mentors, consultants with specialties such as IT, HR, marketing and finance. While the majority of the attendees are established consultants, the conference also attracts many prospective and new consultants.
