Dallas, TX – The engagement is over. How do you replace a key client to keep the pipeline full?
You are new to the world of management consulting. How do you get your first client?
"New client acquisition" was the top issue named in a 2018 DFW poll of senior, mid-career and novice consultants to management. Consultants will first explore the challenge of finding, attracting and acquiring new clients on Friday, April 13, at The Consultant's Workshop, 7:30 A.M. at the Telos Club in Dallas.
David Wuensch, a sales and marketing executive, leads the discussion. Prior to founding Epoch Sales Management in 2012, David served as strategic thinker and problem solver in the telecom industry.
In the second half of the round table, peers with a full client pipeline share their systemic approaches for turning leads into new clients. Join this critical discussion on what it takes to engage new clients, and you'll leave with strategy, people, and processes to cultivate, and zeal to discard time / energy wasters. Participants call this round table a safe space to share and get feedback.
The DFW Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants supports the management consulting community in North Texas, neighboring regions and adjacent states. The Consultant's Workshop meets monthly to help consultants grow their practice.
