How to Write a Thank You Note

Lady Gloria Starr, the internationally recognized Global Authority in Executive Presence, Image, Etiquette and Manners and author of twelve books says an email or text message is nice and a phone call is acceptable, but nothing conveys a heartfelt "thank you" better than a handwritten note.

How to Say Thank You in Writing

A hand-written note is truly appreciated. It can be short and simple. The goal is to express your gratitude for the lovely gift.  When saying "thanks" be specific and describe the gift as a new treasure that you have received. Please send the thank you note within one week of receiving the gift. Reiterate your gratitude and close your thank you note by saying "Thank you for your lovely and much appreciated gift."
