Here is an important internal Time/Life Magazine memo from journalist Holland McCombs to editor Richard Billings regarding Clay Shaw. (Courtesy of the Malcolm Blunt Archive, Dallas-Texas Folder)

I don't have an exact date of the memo but it must have right after Shaw was indicted on March 1, 1967.
