So that’s where the Answer begins – listening to and caring for employees. And acknowledging that without workers there is no work.
I have this saying – ?????????? ?????????????????? ???????? ?? ?????????????? ??????????????.
?? Happy employees are stimulated and motivated by an employee-first well-being culture.
?? Happy employees share the overall purpose and mission of the company.
?? Happy employees have a manager who spends time with them & exhibits empathy at all times.
That means their manager knows them so well that they can tell when they’re having an off day. And when that day turns into several days, the manager doesn’t just sweep it under the carpet. They sit down with them or go for a walk with them and ask them how everything is going?
It really all boils down to a caring leader, who is not just focused on their own ego, their own accomplishments, and the bottom line.
A caring leader cares.
