The HRSouthwest Conference, powered by Dallas HR, inducted Future of Work Global Thought Leader Ira S Wolfe into its Speaker Hall of Fame during its 81st annual conference. The event was held at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
Wolfe, who describes himself as a Millennial trapped inside a Baby Boomer body, is recognized as one of the Top 5 Global Thought Leaders on Future of Work and HR by Thinkers360. He is a TEDx Speaker and host of Geeks Geezers Googlization podcast, part of the People-Forward Network. Wolfe is also the founder of AQPlus, an AQ Level 2 Professional, and Certified WHY.os Professional.
Wolfe recently sold his company Success Performance Solutions, founded in 1996, to the leadership development company Dame Leadership.
He is the co-author of a new book, Create Great Culture in a Remote World, just released in mid-October 2022. His previous book was the highly acclaimed Recruiting in the Age of Googlization, now in its 2nd edition, which was selected as one of the top 50 books to read in 2021 by Thinkers360.
Ira is a popular and frequent presenter at SHRM and business conferences and a guest on nearly 100 podcasts each year. He is the founder of the Googlization Nation community and a frequent contributor to HR and business blogs, including Forbes, ReWork, Medium, and an expert guest on NTD Business News. He contributed to the white paper Everywhere Workplace, published by Ivanti.
