Additional resume templates have been added to the popular website InstantResumeTemplates.com, and there are now 356 templates to choose from at the site.
"These new sample resumes range from general to specific designs," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "They're all completely free to download, customize, print and use in your academic or job-hunting endeavors."
The new additions include professional resume designs for someone seeking an apprenticeship, a federal government resume, a worker with only one employer, a theater resume, and a resume for teenagers.
In addition to the new basic resumes at InstantResumeTemplates.com, there's also now a design with an "about me" statement, a version with affiliations listed, a resume with pay history, a resume with soft and hard skills, and one with room to indicated career highlights. There's also a new resume with hyperlinks, one with bullet points in a sidebar, a three-column resume, and resumes with a black and white or color border.
New academic resume styles include one in anticipation of graduation and a resume listing published works. The site also has templates for job objectives and skills matrixes.
InstantResumeTemplates.com has cover letters that match the resumes, and there are even more cover letter designs at CoverLetterExamples.net. (There are also letters of recommendation at LettersOfRecommendation.net.)
Each template downloads instantly in DOC format. Then, users simply use Microsoft Word or another compatible program to type into a resume and customize it.
There are more than 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
