FreePrintableGroceryList.com, a website offering nearly 300 grocery lists, meal planners and other grocery- and shopping-related printables, has added even more items to its collection of freebies.
"This site has expanded from a collection of blank and pre-filled shopping lists to include everything from menu templates to a coupon binder," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "The newest additions include expiration labels and even more lists for people with special diets or eating restrictions."
The two dozen new printables include blank menu planners for five full weeks, in color or black and white.
The site's large selection of specialty grocery lists based on food sensitivities or restrictions has also expanded. There are now lists to aid in shopping for foods high in vitamins A, D, C and K. Other new lists cover items for diets high in fiber, potassium, iron, magnesium and protein and also note the amount of each nutrient per serving size.
The new expiration labels are illustrated for specific foods such as: canned goods, baking items, frozen foods, toiletries and medication. Some users may opt to print the labels on sticker paper a durable, waterproof adhesive for durability.
Savetz started FreePrintableGroceryList.com in 2008 with basic blank and pre-filled shopping checklists, and the site has grown to include lists for special events and holidays along with packing lists. The printable coupon organizer includes a price guide, budgeting tools, substitutions lists, pantry lists, and mini lists.
The site also has party planner sheets, school lunch menu templates and meal delivery kit planners. There are several holiday menu templates and holiday lists, and the new additions include an illustrated Passover shopping list.
"Everything at FreePrintableGroceryList.com is free to download and print in PDF or editable DOC format," Savetz said. "If you want to type into the form before printing rather than writing by hand, opt for the DOC version. It works with Microsoft Word and other compatible programs.
