The new fax cover sheets at FreeFaxCoverSheets.net range from formal to informal. Some have attention-getting bold headers while others are more subdued.
"All of the 460 fax cover sheets are free to print and use with your fax machine, or simply upload them to an online fax service," explained Kevin Savetz, an online faxing expert since 1994 who also owns the free internet faxing service FaxZero.
The newest additions to the site include text headers for specific purposes, decorative borders and, in a few cases, illustrations.
There are sheets with large block letters at the top stating: compliment, request, statement, suggestion or thanks. One sheet reads "Lab Results" and has a privacy statement. Another has the word "Expedited" in red. (Of course, anything at FreeFaxCoverSheets.net can be sent in black-and-white).
Also new is a sheet with a graphic of a house that is perfect for the real estate industry. There's a business fax cover sheet intended for tax services. Another sheet is labeled for employment services.
The new personal fax cover sheets feature ornate black-and-white borders and the word "fax" in script.
FreeFaxCoverSheets.net also has urgent fax cover sheets, confidential fax cover sheets, medical fax cover sheets and holiday faxes.
Site users can download and print any cover sheet for free.
FaxZero offers five free faxes a day in the U.S. and Canada, or unlimited faxes for $1.99 each. International faxing is also available for a fee based on the country reached. Users can also fax representatives in the U.S. House and Senate anytime for free.
