Anyone in need of a cover letter for employment, legal or academic situations can draw inspiration from the website CoverLetterExamples.net.
"I've just added even more cover letters to the site, which now has 267 letter templates to download, edit and print for free," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. "CoverLetterExamples.net is a complement to my site InstantResumeTemplates.com, which has hundreds of resume templates."
CoverLetterExamples.net has a wide selection of the type of cover letters that traditionally accompany resumes, but there are also templates designed to address other business, legal, scholastic and personal situations. The site also has articles with tips on how to write a cover letter that makes an impact.
The resume cover letters have wording that highlights an individual's skills and career achievements along with anecdotes illustrating how they'd fit into a particular role. New letters include wording for seeking a minimum wage job and other specific roles.
CoverLetterExamples.net also has a new letter confirming that someone has received a certification, a letter to accompany an essay, and a sales cover letter. There are also several new "request" cover letters, such as requests for proposals (for construction and other jobs), plus responses to requests for funding and grant support.
A new category has been added for response cover letters, such as: price estimates, general information, negotiations and service offers.
"I recommend using the sample letters at CoverLetterExamples.net as a jumping-off point, adjusting the wording to suit your specific situation," Savetz said.
All of the letters are free to download and print. The DOC version can be edited in Microsoft Word or another compatible program.
There are nearly 100 sites in the FreePrintable.net family of free printables sites created by Savetz Publishing, Inc., a company devoted to creating useful and informative web sites of interest to consumers and small businesses.
