A hilarious example of the change came when he was going to visit a problematic vendor who lied repeatedly. As they drove to the meeting, one of his team said, “Could you be like the old Ralph, just for this meeting?”

Building new skills to add to your tool kit doesn’t mean you need to abandon the old tools when they are more appropriate for the job.
