Many keynote speakers and motivational speakers will tell you to, quote, "find your passion!" But that's hard to do according to keynote speaker and comedian Jan McInnis. In today's episode of her podcast titled "Finding Your Passion," she talks about how to approach it in a different way.

"I'm lucky, because I found my passion in comedy, writing, and keynote speaking without having to make it a massive project. But it's hard to just go looking for your passion," quips McInnis.

She notes that you may not even really know what your passion is. So instead of setting off on a big search for your passion, she offers a couple of quick tips on how to find your passion organically. 

Her podcast, titled Comedian Stories, is produced every Thursday. McInnis kicks it off with a joke from her clean comedy show, then she tells a short story, and she ends with a take-away tip of what she learned from that story.
