Kathy Gruver, PhD was honored with a gold medal in the health, fitness and beauty category for the Global Ebook Awards sponsored by Dan Poynter. This is her fourth award for this 2013 release. Other honors include winning the IndyExcellence Awards, The Beverly Hills Book Awards and a finalist nod for the USA Best Book Awards.
